The Association for Cultural Advancement through Visual Art (ACAVA) is an artists’ studio provider and educational charity established in 1976 and is now one of the largest and longest established studio providers in the UK. Our property portfolio comprises 20 buildings, providing 400 studios and facilities for 500 artists, mostly in London, but also in Essex and Stoke-on-Trent. Current occupancy rates are over 98%. We also hold equity in five purpose-built live/work apartments in the London Borough of Brent. ACAVA's charitable purpose is delivered through its socially engaged educational programmes that are designed to engage communities by enabling them to create visual art and culture.

We are now looking for a Studios Administrator to assist with the efficient and smooth running of the studio and property teams, who manage over 20 properties / 400 studios / 500 artists, by providing effective organisational and administrative support. In addition, the Studios Administrator will provide some administrative support for the Office Manager, particularly in relation to HR.

We are seeking a highly organised and efficient team player with excellent communications
and people skills and experience of working in property or site management and/or office
