Salary: Circa £50,000 pro rata (21-28 hours per week) dependent on experience
Location: London, SW11 5TN

We are seeking an exceptional Director of Finance to play a key leadership role at Battersea Arts Centre.

Working closely with the Artistic Director & CEO and Executive Director & Deputy CEO, the Director of Finance will play a central role in setting the delivering organisation’s strategy. As the lead Finance personnel for BAC, the Director of Finance will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial, business and risk management leadership.

We are seeking a strong communicator, who is able to engage with colleagues across the organisation, explaining financial information to colleagues with varying levels of financial knowledge and providing appropriate financial reporting and representation at Board level, as well as to other external parties. We are looking for someone with solid relevant experience in overseeing complex budgets in mid-scale organisations and with a firm understanding of technical financial matters.
