It's supporting the team who enable £20 million of sales each year

It’s feeling inspired to deliver to the very highest standards. And it's playing a part in helping millions enjoy magnificent buildings and works of art. This is what makes working for Royal Collection Trust so different.

People from all over the world come to visit Buckingham Palace, The Royal Mews, Windsor Castle and the Palace of Holyroodhouse. Our Online Infrastructure team plays a vital part in our daily operations, supporting the systems that enable an exceptional visitor experience.

Joining our enthusiastic and highly professional team, you'll be responsible for the support and maintenance of the Retail systems.

You'll be the main point of contact for technical queries relating to our systems, and associated devices. You'll diagnose faults and decide how best to resolve each problem, providing an efficient and helpful service to colleagues and ensuring that our systems are fully operational at all times.

First-line support is only half the story. Whilst you help maintain our systems, you'll be looking for new ways to improve our service delivery. Assisting the team, you'll support the delivery of technical projects that will develop and enhance our Retail platform.

Every day will be different, and you'll have the opportunity to further your knowledge in a place where developing skills is the norm.

About You:

Digitally fluent, you’ll have some experience of providing system support and an understanding of Retail systems.
Analytical and determined, with a strong eye for detail, you enjoy solving problems and identifying system improvements.

An effective communicator, you have the ability to build collaborative relationships with a range of people, and work well both independently and as part of a team.

A self-organised, 'can-do' approach is essential for this role. With initiative and good judgement you're able to work independently, managing a varied workload in a fast-paced and busy environment.

Above all, you'll bring an enthusiasm to learn and be keen to make the most of this opportunity and passions to deliver the highest standards of customer service.
