Salary: £24,000 - 26,000

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised project manager who has experience of working on community or arts programmes, and is an excellent communicator with a dedication to positive social change.

You will work within a small team to manage the delivery of the Co-Creating Change programme, including a healthy and growing national network of over 100 individuals and organisations who work with co-creation.

This is a fixed term role until the culmination of the programme in November 2021.

If you have a proven passion for social change, an ability to manage a range of relationships, are a great communicator and you share a commitment to our mission and values, we want to hear from you. We particularly welcome applicants with lived experience of disability and people from groups that are currently under-represented in the arts sector.
