Within the Director’s Office there is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized HR Manager to work closely with the Executive Director, Managing Director and SMT (Senior Management Team) – including the entire staff at the ICA.
As the first point of contact for HR related queries, the HR Manager will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support and HR advice throughout the employee life cycle.
The HR Manager has a wide-ranging remit, overseeing responsibilities such as; providing support and consultation on employment relations issues, reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures, coordinating learning and development sessions, managing recruitment and onboarding processes – whilst continuously tailoring these practices to the unique culture of the ICA.
You will have strong administrative skills and be a dynamic, organised self-starter, adept at dealing with people matters sensitively and confidentially.
Contract: Permanent
