The AV Producer is responsible for project managing the creative and technical development of digital experiences within two major new galleries opening in early 2021.

Key Duties

Creating and updating the software development schedule
Ensuring AV pieces have clear objectives that can be measured during any evaluation process.
Ensuring AV pieces meet all access requirements agreed by the project.
Managing the creative production of the software with the content and design teams, ensuring that stakeholders, including Project Leader, Project Director, Exhibitions team and Project Board are included at key stages
Managing the sign off process with both internal and external stakeholders
Managing the evaluation of digital interactives and films
Liaise with AV hardware team on all media formats and review compatibility with suggested hardware and oversee system design.
Manage both internal and external software developers
Act as the audience advocate to content and design teams, ensuring the final product is visitor friendly.
Issue detailed commissioning, testing and final sign off programme
Managing the content/asset lists
Ensuring software contractors produce high standard O&M manuals
Managing any AV snags post opening.
