Are you highly organised and able to juggle multiple priorities? Do you have experience supporting meetings, including minute taking?

We have an exciting opportunity for a Collections Services Coordinator to join our team to provide dedicated support to our Group Head of Collections Services and the Digitisation & Registration teams.

Within this busy and varied role, you support the Group Head of Collections Services by organising diaries, meetings, events and visits to ensure that everything runs smoothly. You will also provide dedicated support at high level meetings and act as secretary to the Collections & Research subcommittee of the Board of Trustees. This will involve the coordination of meeting paperwork and material along with detailed minute taking.

This role offers exposure to one of the largest collections moves projects in UK museums and other major redevelopment projects, so is a unique opportunity for an experienced coordinator or PA who is looking to develop a career within the cultural sector.

Joining us, you will have experience within a busy office environment where you have been responsible for effectively planning and managing your own workload. Experience of diary management and minute taking is also essential to this role, along with the ability to think proactively and make decisions, in order to ensure the office runs smoothly.
