Leading creative reuse, new build projects and sensitive conservation work on the most spectacular and significant historic sites in the country makes for a continually varied and unique role. No two days are the same as a Project Manager at English Heritage so be prepared to work in a dynamic and challenging environment with some of the best views in the country.

As a Senior National Project Manager you will use your professional skills and experience to ensure that a range of projects including some of the larger and more complex projects within the English Heritage project portfolio are delivered on time, on budget and to agreed standards. Providing a project delivery service to in-house Clients your professional guidance and expertise will enable successful project outcomes.

This is a national role but you will be based at one of our hub office in Bristol, Cambridge, Guildford, London, Swindon or York. You will be managing a team based in the North.

As a member of the English Heritage Estates Department we would commit to the continued development of your skills and knowledge so that you can help us maintain our position at the forefront of the heritage and tourism sectors.

Professional Project Management will be the key to your success coupled with your knowledge of complex historic buildings and heritage projects. Your understanding of commercial drivers for capital projects and previous experience of working with multiple funders is also essential.
