We are looking for someone to join the Uniqlo Tate Lates team, providing administrative support to assist in the smooth running of the project, supporting the development of programme planning and taking a ‘hands on’ role in event delivery.

The Uniqlo Tate Lates event is Tate’s largest free event, this flagship event has attracted over 300,000 visitors since its launch in 2016. The event offers a dynamic cross arts programme celebrating the best that Tate Modern has to offer, as well as championing London’s emerging creative talent.

It’s a unique role where you’ll be joining a team committed to creating a vibrant and collaborative cross-organisational programme. You are someone that is passionate about arts engagement, cultural programming and widening participation to museums. An excellent team player with a ‘can do’ attitude, you will need to be very well-organised with experience of a working within a busy office environment.

As a member of the Uniqlo Tate Lates team, you’ll be confident in providing general and financial administrative assistance to all aspects of the project, as well being part of programming planning. You’ll be a proactive and collaborative team play, with a can-do approach and a natural problem-solver. You’ll also have a good understanding of events and managing multiple priorities under pressure.
