An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team at the Bernie Grant Arts Centre as our Box Office Assistant and help shape the future of this extraordinary venue in Tottenham, North London.

The Box Office Assistant is the first point of contact for visitors to arts events to the Bernie Grant Arts Centre. They support the smooth operation of events through providing ticketing services, customer enquiries and support to the greater organisation. They deliver a high standard of service and information to provide a welcoming and nurturing environment for visitors and artists. They contribute to the efficient running of the Front of House team.

The position is on a casual basis on a zero hour contract, primarily on weekends and weeknights. We are unable to offer guaranteed or set hours at this point.

We are seeking a strong individual, with previous box office or FOH experience. You will need to be a highly motivated, customer service focused, with outstanding communication skills and a passion and commitment to celebrating cultural diversity in the arts.
