We are recruiting for a part time Personal Assistant to support our Commercial Director with day to day administration on a 6 month fixed term contract.

You will provide a full range of administrative support to the Commercial Director and on occasion the wider teams within the Commercial Directorate. Your responsibilities will include data collation, diary management, arranging travel, minute taking, preparing agendas, bench-marking, and undertaking project-based work. You will also coordinate all elements of commercial administration from collating stocktake data and writing reports to making purchases.

Candidates must have previous experience, excellent communication skills, be highly organised and be able to demonstrate a high level of computer literacy.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, approachable and loyal. The successful candidate will be able to hit the ground running, have a very positive attitude.
