The National Gallery is seeking an Exhibitions Administrator who will sit within the busy Exhibitions Department. The Department is made up of a Head of Department, Senior Exhibitions Manager, Senior Touring Exhibitions Manager, four Exhibitions Managers, and three Exhibitions Assistants. Additional Exhibitions Managers are also brought in on short -term contracts to assist with specific projects.

The Exhibitions Administrator role is to provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the Exhibitions office. They will be a key communicator with the department and other internal departments of the Gallery to ensure all creative administration task are complete and on target.

We are looking for someone who has strong communication skills and has the ability to work as part of a team and independently. They will also have a proactive attitude to work and demonstrate excellent organisational skills.

The role is a part time position of 17.5 hours a week with flexibility on when these hours are worked.
