We're a small, well established creative agency based in the heart of Shoreditch who produce audio visuals and interactive exhibits for Museums and Cultural/Heritage Visitor Centres.
We're looking for a highly motivated and professional Administrator to join our small but perfectly formed team, supporting us to create a really broad range of exciting digital exhibits. 
This is a really unique opportunity to work in an interesting and unusual industry. Elbow is a steadily expanding company and there are opportunities for supported growth with us, into production related roles, for the right person.

The role will include, but is by no means limited to:
- General administration and housekeeping in a busy office environment
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
- Organising travel and accommodation
- Client facing customer service
- Media housekeeping and edit assisting
- Organisation of camera equipment and kit hire
- Production secretary / running duties for shoots
- Personal Assistant and diary management duties
- Developing and maintaining filing and administrative work flow systems
- Organising and minuting meetings
- Providing marketing support to the Business Development team
- Keeping staff and guests topped up with teas and coffees throughout the day and washing up


Candidates must have the following essential criteria/experience:

- IT competency
- Excellent level of literacy and numeracy
- Excellent level of written communication skills
- Experience of administration, planning and organisation in an office environment
- Punctual and reliable
