We’re looking for a talented General Manager to join our busy and successful theatre.

Based on The Cut in Waterloo, we produce new plays, classics, musicals, adaptations of books, short films, digital projects and more. We attract large audiences from many different backgrounds, we have deep connections in our neighbourhood where we provide extensive free activities. For many years the theatre has been synonymous with staging international works created by some of the world’s finest directors, performers and creatives; productions that say much about the world we live in.

We’re looking for a General Manager to work closely with the Artistic Director, Executive Director and Lead Producer to produce and general manage Studio theatre productions and special projects across the building. With an attentive eye to detail and collaborative communication style, the General Manager will work closely with the team to manage the artistic scheduling of the company and ensure a high quality approach to making productions outside the Main House.

The General Manager will be an active and engaged member of the producing team and provide general management support to Main House productions. The successful candidate will have excellent contractual experience and an effective negotiating style. They will also have highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
