We are currently recruiting for a busy and exciting role as a Hospitality Events Coordinator for Eltham Palace and Ranger's House. You will be responsible for driving the business forward and developing strategies and initiatives to achieve targets and increase events in collaboration with the Hospitality Manager. You will also be responsible for optimising opportunities to generate income, engage the local community and ensuring that the site and its assets are safe and secure.

You must be able to deliver events to an exemplary standard as determined by English Heritage's standards, and the expectations of any discerning wedding couple or corporate client. You will ensure that exceptional service is offered from first enquiry to the event itself and that the visitors and guests experience the magic of both Eltham Palace and Ranger's House in all their glory.

You will have excellent customer service skills, the ability to work as part of a team as well as being able to work independently. You will also be able to demonstrate exceptional organisation skills as well as being a great communicator with strong interpersonal skills with both visitors and colleagues. You will have had previous experience of large scale public/private events and marquee events.
