Bring your knowledge of marketing, communications, digital technologies and social media to the Ri and collaborate across the organisation to bring our vision, stories and achievements to life.

The Ri has a wonderful history in science and provides science education and heritage activities for people of all ages and backgrounds across the UK and around the world.

We are searching for a creative Marketing and Communications Officer who is confident in collaborating across teams to co-produce materials and tell stories, to bring the Ri’s vision and achievements to life. You will work across the entire marketing mix including email, social media, digital, print advertising and events to reach a wide range of audiences.
This is a varied and dynamic role where you will develop and produce a range of materials using your creative skills to nurture and enhance the Ri’s relationship with its audiences. You will be involved in planning and undertaking marketing campaigns, pitching interviews and stories to the media, supervising commercial film crews in our historic home and much more.

Skilled at spotting and telling a story, you will have an engaging writing style and an eye for design to capture the public and the media’s imagination and attention. We want you to help us ensure we are harnessing social media and marketing trends to keep our members, supporters and the public constantly up to date with the latest Ri news, events, activities, offers and benefits.
