We are recruiting for a Duty Manager in the Buildings team, a unique opportunity to work in one of the most stunning, vibrant and energetic training centres and the only Conservatoire school for Circus Arts in the UK.

This is a part time role at the National Centre for Circus Arts with primary responsibility for the evening and weekend management of the building. The person will ensure that the numerous and varied users find the National Centre for Circus Arts welcoming, hospitable and fit for purpose. You should have a strong commitment to Health and Safety, facilities management and be a self-motivated team player.

Hours: 22.75 hours per week, working on a two-week rolling rota.

Week 1
Tuesday: 14.00-22.00
Wednesday: 17.00-22.00
Sunday: 09.45-18.30

Week 2
Monday: 17.00-22.00
Thursday: 17.00-22.00
Friday - 17.00-22.00
Saturday - 09.45-18.30

These shifts are designed in conjunction with a 2nd duty manager working off the same rota and some flexibility will be allowed between team members to swap shifts.

Contract: Permanent
Holiday Entitlement: 30 days holiday per annum, pro rata, inclusive of the eight statutory bank holiday and rising 1 day per annum up to a maximum of 35 days.
