We are a medium sized contact centre based in Swindon, the team work closely to provide support to their colleagues ensuring they can deliver an excellent service to customers who contact us via phone, web chat and email. There is a great team atmosphere in our open plan office within a beautiful listed building.

This is a newly created role within our Customer Service Team, we're looking for the successful candidate to have excellent call handling skills and be proficient in Microsoft packages.

Using your initiative to implement new processes and efficiency.

You will handle a wide range of communication channels such as telephone, web chat, email and social media when responding to our customers on a daily basis.

You will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service, and enjoy being part of a busy team who pride themselves on delivering excellent service to anyone who contacts English Heritage

You will be a confident self-assured person with innovative ideas who can identify new ways of working to improve processes?

You need excellent computer skills, including Outlook and be able to pick up new systems with ease after training. You will have previous experience of working in a customer service environment including using the phone.

We are a non-profit making charity and custodians of over 400 historic monuments, buildings and sites throughout England.

When you join us you will go through a comprehensive 4 week induction program and have on-going opportunities to build on your existing skills.
