This is a key role within the marketing function, part of the team that's at the heart of informing, calibrating and iterating campaign activity to deliver optimal ROI

You'll help own, develop and maintain the web analytics reporting infrastructure at English Heritage. Gathering, developing, interpreting and distributing insights. Equipping campaign teams with the data they need to make informed strategy decisions in as close to real time as possible.

The business intelligence and insight it drives will deliver value against the following objectives, Increasing visitors to EH properties and events, Increasing membership acquisition and retention and Increasing understanding of and engagement with the English Heritage brand

You'll be experienced in developing data strategies, in analysing web analytics data and drawing actionable conclusions. You'll be confident in providing commentary and presentations to stakeholders at all business levels. Functioning as part of an experienced team you'll be collaborative, personable and able to prioritise in a fast moving environment. You should have expert Knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Google Adwords, Facebook Insights, Expert Paid Search and SEO knowledge. Data Interpretation and forecasting knowledge is also essential . You should also have advanced knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint
