We are seeking to appoint a part-time Learning and Public Programmes Assistant to assist with the smooth-running of the Learning and Participation department and its programmes, supporting the delivery of learning and public programmes such as school visits, family workshops, tours, talks, courses, interactive gallery sessions, and special events. The post-holder will operate, develop and monitor the Museum’s bookings and space management system as well as manage the bookings administration, collating and preparing relevant statistical data, creating and updating mailing lists and department archives, and maintaining and improving filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information. The successful candidate will be highly organised, maintain a high standard of customer care, and will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
