Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 depending on skills and experience

Our dedicated membership team has successfully delivered major growth in memberships over the last few years and we are looking to build on that growth by looking to appoint a Director of Membership.

The successful candidate will have had experience of working at senior level in either a commercial or not-for-profit organisation, and will have driven growth in income from memberships and related activity.

With proven experience of working with membership systems and processes together with excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, the candidate will be able to establish a culture of success, forging strong working relationships across teams and helping to achieve the ambitious growth targets for the organisation.

The Director of Membership will report to the Director of Foundation who is a member of the Kew Executive Board.
