We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Programme Manager, Young People, to join the Learning Department and contribute to the delivery of the young people’s programme.

You will have experience of planning and delivering youth inclusion projects in museums and/or galleries. You will be an experienced museum and/or gallery educator, able to build good working relationships with external project partners, lead engaging sessions and devise high quality programmes in response to the permanent collections and the temporary exhibition programme. You will have excellent administration skills and work successfully to tight deadlines.

Supporting the Programme Manager for Young People, you will be responsible for the daily management of CreateVoice, the V&A’s young people’s collective, and for CreateFutures, the V&A’s community engagement young people’s programme.
