Salary: 19,000 gross per annum

This is an exciting opportunity for a person with strong administration skills and an eye for detail who is looking to broaden their experience within a creative organisation. The HR & Projects Administrator is a team member of several projects which supports BAC's core operations, such as Staffing, OFS (organisation & Financial Strategy), Finance & Reporting and Fundraising. As such this role supports the whole staff team through maintaining internal administrative systems, keeping accurate records and developing new processes to improve our efficiency and sustainability.
This role would be suited to someone who is friendly and approachable and enjoys working with people. Ideally you will be confident with Microsoft Office, have some professional experience and be keen to develop your skills within an arts setting. We are interested in applications from people of all walks of life. Perhaps you have worked for a charity, in an office, for a local business, GPs surgery or as a PA.
