It’s working as one to deliver magnificent exhibitions

It's becoming part of something special and it's the satisfaction of presenting one of the world’s greatest art collections. This is what makes working for Royal Collection Trust so different.

Royal Collection Trust's varied exhibition programme explores fascinating threads of history and art from the past for thousands of people to enjoy.

Your challenge will be to help deliver large scale and touring exhibitions, presenting the concepts and ideas of our Curators in inspiring, thought-provoking ways.

You'll co-ordinate the life cycle of exhibitions from conception through to evaluation. You'll bring together multiple teams, organising operational aspects of exhibitions and ensuring they are installed and dismantled in line with project plans and timelines.

As a main point of contact for the project team, you'll keep people both within and beyond Royal Collection Trust up-to-date with progress. Keeping project records up-to-date and monitoring our success will be important too.

You'll also help manage touring Royal Collection Trust exhibitions within the UK and oversees.

In everything you do you will be a trusted source of advice and guidance for Royal Collection Trust, making sure every exhibition is delivered to the very best quality.

About you
Educated to degree level and essentially with a broad knowledge of art history, you're ready to make the impact we need.

With an expertise in project management and excellent organisation skills, you'll be in your element working on several different projects at the same time and delivering to tight deadlines and within budget.

Your previous experience in a museum environment means you'll have an understanding of conservation and logistical considerations when displaying artworks.

With a high attention to detail along with relevant IT skills, you'll be confident dealing with all the requirements involved with delivering large-scale exhibitions.

As a strong and assured communicator you're able to build effective working relationships with both internal and external colleagues.

Your innovative and pragmatic approach to problem solving will make you a driving force within our team on the gallery floor.

And above all you'll enjoy working within a talented team to achieve collaborative, visually stunning results.

This is your opportunity to use your passion to deliver the exceptional.
