Help deliver the vision and future strategy for Birmingham Museums Trust (BMT).

We need an enthusiastic administrator to provide support for two exciting major projects and day-to-day business administration. We are seeking a person who really loves to organise, administrate and keep things in order!

As part of our Development Directorate you will work within a small Major Projects team to provide business and administrative support for two new projects on behalf of BMT; The Museum for Birmingham, the refurbishment of Birmingham Museum & Art Gallery; and a new offsite store The Big Store.

Whether you are organising meetings, preparing and coordinating paperwork for funding applications, liaising with internal customers or external partners, you will need to demonstrate excellent communication and administration skills.
