We are looking for a creative individual with a target driven, entrepreneurial spirit to join our small, dynamic and busy team.

South Asian Arts-uk (SAA-uk) is an innovative organisation based in Leeds, established in 1997. We are renowned for excellence and pushing the boundaries in how traditional and contemporary South Asian (India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka) music and dance is performed, presented and experienced by participants, audiences and artists. Our artistic programme has 3 clearly defined strands: Performance, Learning and Participation and Special Projects.

The Marketing and Audience development officer will drive the delivery of our audience development, social media communications and marketing activity across our range of projects and fundraising campaigns. You will liaise with the staff team as well as external partners to ensure visibility and profile for the organisation’s suite of activities, and engage with our audience base across a number of platforms. You will also assist in the preparation of printed marketing material, conduct CRM/website updates, and attend SAA-uk live performances.

The role will become full time in April 2018.
