A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Historic Properties Team at our York Office. You will provide invaluable support to the Historic Properties team and will be responsible for the provision of a comprehensive, effective and efficient administrative service.

You will be involved in the full range of administrative processes, including: servicing meetings; working with spread sheets and databases, and providing financial administrative support - whilst maintaining the highest standards of customer service in all areas of activity.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Administrator who is passionate about who we are and bringing history to life who has already gained significant experience working in an administrator role. You will have well-developed communication and organisational skills and proven IT skills (including MS Office applications). Team working, flexibility and the use of initiative all feature highly on our list of requirements and experience of working to tight deadlines and attention to detail is essential.
