We are seeking an experienced charity finance professional to ensure the smooth running of the Finance and Resources department of Curious Minds which includes finance, HR, legal, governance, IT and office management.

You will be responsible for ensuring that the finance and resources procedures and systems are effectively delivered and managed and that our assets are safeguarded and employed effectively. You will ensure that we are compliant with all relevant legislation as a result of being a charity, company limited by guarantee and an employer and will support our good governance through organising and supporting the Board of Trustees.

You will lead the organisation's financial planning processes, including annual budget setting and contribute to the development of Curious Minds' business plan. As a key member of the management team leading the organisation you will also ensure that the organisation's aims and objectives are achieved and work to identify and secure new business opportunities to ensure the sustainability of the organisation into the future.

You will have worked within a similar role previously and will have experience and passion for working within the charity sector. You will be an experienced manager of people and be able to encourage and motivate your team to deliver their best.
